10/31/2009The food took an hour and fifteen minutes to get here, although the estimate was 45-60 minutes. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and asked that they add green peppers, mushrooms and onions instead of meat. I've ordered it like this before (not using the website) and they always cooked the vegetables and tossed them in the pasta. This time, I received an order of pasta, and two containers of vegetables: raw mushrooms and raw green peppers. I'm still kind of baffled; if I wanted to cook my own food, I wouldn't have ordered delivery. I wonder, if I had asked them to add shrimp, would I have to de-vein them? The pasta was ok, but needless to say I didn't cook the veggies and add them in. Overall pretty disappointing. Jenn, ordered 49 times
